New State of Black Los Angeles report paints better picture despite socioeconomic challenges

Black Angelenos are faring better than they were about decade ago - although they still face serious social and economic challenges. So says a new racial equality study from Los Angeles Urban League.

This year’s State of Black Los Angeles report indicates modest improvements for African-Americans in areas such as education, economics and health.
